PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
ALL SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO
NEW CLIENT BOOK PROCESS
All first time clients are required to book the NicoleB Platinum Package. Which includes a hydration treatment, trim and silk press. This insures your hair receives the proper care and allows me to assess it's health and needs for the future visits.
CANCELLATIONS
Please cancel all appointments at least 24 hours in advanced of your scheduled time. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. However, appointments not canceled within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled services, which must be paid before or at your next appointment.
No Call/No Shows will result in 100% charge of the total cost of the missed services. This balance must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled or serviced.
BRAIDING SERVICES
All braiding services include shampoo service and hair is provided-except for crotechet and boho styles, where you'll need to provide your own hair.
Please note in the submission note section what hair color you'd like. Pricing listed is for braids that fall mid-back length. Longer lengths will incur a $30-$50 fee.
COLOR SERVICES
Before booking any permanent color services, and consultation is required. This can be booked right here online. During the consultation, we'll discus your desired color and best method to achieve it. Once confirmed a non-refundable deposit bases on the total service cost will be required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due upon the completion of your color appointment. Both booking and deposit can be handled immediately following the consultation.
