ALL SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO
NEW CLIENT BOOK PROCESS
First time clients need to book the NicoleB Platinum Touch. Which includes treatment, trim and style.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE cancel all appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment time. I do understand that certain things are unexpected, but if not canceled within 24 hours there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If a NO CALL/NO SHOW happens, there will then be a 100% of total cost fee is to be paid BEFORE allowed to book again.
BRAIDING SERVICES
ALL braiding services will include: shampoo, condition and hair. EXCEPT for crotchet styles, you will need to provide your own hair. Please add in the comment section what color hair you would like. All prices are for braids that hit mid back. Anything longer is an extra $30 fee. Braiding appointments can be made any day EXCEPT Friday and Saturday.
COLOR SERVICES
Before any permanent color service can be booked, there MUST be an in person consultation( can be booked online). Once decided which color and method will be used for your desired color, then you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit based on total cost. Remaining balance is due after service is complete. Booking and deposit can be done at the same time after consult.
