NEW CLIENT BOOK PROCESS
Upon booking FIRST TIME CLIENTS will receive a email to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will go towards your total cost of the services you receive. Once deposit is paid, your appointment is secured. If deposit is not paid in 24 hours OR someone books/pay before you, you then have to pick the next available time. Deposits can transfer to ONE rescheduled apt. Appointments are a first come first serve.
PLEASE cancel all appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment time. I do understand that certain things are unexpected, but if not canceled within 24 hours there will be a $15 cancellation fee. If a NO CALL/NO SHOW happens, there will then be a 40% of total cost fee to be paid BEFORE allowed to book again.
ALL braiding services will include hair. The price you see when booking is INCLUDING hair. Please add in the comment section what color hair you would like. All prices are for braids that hit mid back. Anything longer is an extra fee. Braiding appoints can be made any day EXCEPT Friday and Saturday.
Before any permanent color service can be booked, there MUST be an in person consultation( can be booked online). Once decided which color and method will be used for your desired color, then you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit based on total cost. Remaining balance is due after service is complete. Booking and deposit can be done at the same time after consult.
