**Cancellation Policy** We offer a 24-hour grace period for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made **before** the 24-hour mark will **not** incur any fees. For cancellations made **after** the 24-hour grace period, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee must be paid before any future services can be scheduled. In the case of an emergency, the cancellation fee will be **waived**
